Policies for Booking

Thank you for your business and trust.

 

We ask that every client agrees to read the terms below before booking. These terms are an agreement between Sign Gypsies CDA and our clients.

  • Bookings are confirmed once the invoice is paid in full and by paying the invoice you agree to all terms and conditions. 

  • Payment is required prior to delivery/set-up of the rental yard greeting. Yard signs not paid within 48 hrs prior to event date will be canceled.

  • Refund & Cancellations: Full refund 48 hours prior to greeting install/delivery or if yard greeting is canceled due to hazardous weather. If you cancel within 48 hours of installation, we will refund 50% of your greeting rental.

  • We do not guarantee a specific arrival time due to the unique nature of each setup and the number of rental greetings booked each day. 

  • We reserve the right to decline a delivery area that we feel may be unsafe for our signs. 

  • The greeting install placement is up to our discretion. If you have a specific spot in mind, please email cda@signgypsies.com .

  • Your greeting is a rental from Sign Gypsies CDA and we will return to retrieve it. Our signs are reused to celebrate with many customers, so it is routine to see some normal wear and tear on our graphics. All signs are the property of Sign Gypsies, you are responsible for any damage or replacements. 

  • PLEASE prepare your lawn for our installations by watering your yard the day prior to and the day of our arrival. Refunds are not issued if your lawn is not prepared and we are unable to install your greeting. Watering is key!

  • Please mow and clean up yard clippings BEFORE the time of your sign installation. Please do not mow or edge around the signs once they are installed. If you have a lawn service, you must inform them of this policy. Any damage to signs will result in charges to the renter starting at a minimum $50 cleaning fee to $300 for inventory damages. 

  • Please keep animals away from the greeting, as they may cause damage. Clean up any animal waste prior to the installation of the greeting. If there is animal waste in the area, the greeting may have to be installed in a different place in your yard without your approval or may be unable to be installed. NO REFUNDS will be given if the greeting cannot be installed due to excess animal waste. Please be mindful of dogs that may chew on signs or bark at the installer. The renter is responsible for signs ruined by pets.

  • Please do not move the signs. If you need them moved, please call/text  If they need to be moved or taken down early, let us know and we will take care of it. A $50 fee will be assessed if signs are moved. 

  • Someone in the household must be notified that we will be on the property. We may be there early morning or late evening, please advise them to leave a light on. 

  • For the safety of everyone, especially children, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the sign display. Our items will not safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning on, sitting, or playing on them. 

  • Sign Gypsies and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental. 

  • Please do not attach any items to the signs, including but not limited to balloons, streamers, etc.

  • We will not be able to deliver if there is lightning or hazardous weather. If we are unable to set up your greeting because of inclement weather, you will receive a full refund. Please note that inclement weather also includes wind, which can be especially damaging to our signs. Generally forecasted sustained winds of 20 mph or more will require cancellation.

  • A full refund will be issued if we are unable to install due to frozen ground. No refunds will be issued if we are unable to install a greeting due to dry ground or other elements within the renter’s control. This includes having sufficient area to install the sign and having the ground prepared (watered if needed) prior to sign installation. 

  • By paying your invoice, you give Sign Gypsies permission to use any photos for marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, those including customers. 

 

Rentals are at your own risk and following the above safety measures regarding the signs will ensure you and your family can enjoy the signs worry free!

 

Customer agrees to protect, defend, and indemnify Sign Gypsies CDA and hold its officers, employees, and agents free and harmless from and against any and all losses, penalties, damages, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees, or other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to any and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings or causes of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of the Sign Gypsies CDA rental agreement and/or the performance thereof. Customer further agrees to investigate, handle, respond to, and provide defense for any such claims, etc., at his sole expense and agrees to bear all other costs and expenses related thereto, even if it (claims, etc.) is groundless, false or fraudulent. Agreement is in effect for the duration of the rental process as defined by the effective dates of the rental agreement.
